We collect standard including aggregate information on the pages patients/visitors access and information volunteered by you such as survey information and/or site registrations, and e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us by e-mail. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web page and to notify patients/visitors about updates to our Web site.

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

We ask for your name and phone number to help us meet your appointment requests. When you give us your telephone number on-line, we will only call regarding appointments or other concerns related to you as a patient.

The information we collect is used to help us with your dental care and not for any other purpose. We keep records for each patient and information provided here will be used, after telephone confirmation, to update such records. If you do not feel comfortable updating your information on-line, you may call us or stop by the office.

If at some time we would use patient information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice or if our information practices would change, we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, check our Web site periodically.
